DRIVER REFERRAL

Current active company drivers. 

For the Driver Referral Bonus, U.S. Xpress currently offers:

• $1000 for every eligible rehire referral
• $1,500 per eligible experienced solo driver
• $3,000 per eligible experienced team

You will get paid after your referral is hired and delivers their first load.

The minimum qualification requirements for driver referrals include: 

• Referrals must be experienced drivers or rehires. The referrals must have 3+ months of qualifying driving experience. Students are not eligible. Rehires must not have been employed or contracted with U.S. Xpress within the last 6 months. 
• You cannot receive a referral bonus for a rehired driver you previously referred. 
• The referred driver must list you (the referring driver) on their application before attending orientation. 
• If your referral forgets to add your name, they must contact their recruiter to add it before orientation begins. 
• Referral names cannot be added once the driver arrives at orientation. 
• If the driver has submitted multiple applications, the referral name must appear on the most recent application worked within 30 days. 
• Referrals are not eligible if the driver applied through a third-party recruiting service or recruited directly by U.S. Xpress. 
• Bonuses are paid once the referred driver is hired, seated, and completes their first load. You must be actively employed on the payout date to receive the bonus. 
• The referred driver must be hired as a Company Driver. Owner Operator drivers are not eligible. 

When referring a driver to work at U.S. Xpress, make sure your name and driver ID are included on the driver’s application.
