JOIN THE U.S. XPRESS PROFESSIONAL DRIVER ONBOARDING PROGRAM (PDOP)
This training program at U.S Xpress helps new drivers develop the skills needed to upgrade to a first seat position in a timely manner.
Professional Learning: Ongoing training from Driver Development Specialists to build expertise in all aspects of driving.
Emphasis on Safety: Training focuses on developing skills that prioritize safety in all driving scenarios.
Comprehensive Curriculum: Four training phases build essential skills and knowledge, ensuring safe, confident driving in diverse situations.

Enjoy the comfort and reliability of late-model, well-maintained, lower-mileage trucks, averaging 18-months or newer.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a CDL A & 21 years or older.
Must have successfully completed truck driving school in the last 3 years.
No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years, no major preventable within 5 years.
No more than 2 moving vilations in the last 2 years.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
