CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Sept. 8, 2021 – U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: USX), has named Wade Hinton Chief Inclusion Partner and will engage with his professional services firm, Hinton & Company, in a commitment to advance inclusion and diversity. Wade and his team will work closely with U.S. Xpress leadership and the company’s Inclusion & Diversity Council to define goals, map strategies, and outline specific deliverables to becoming a more inclusive organization.
“Wade’s deep experience will allow us to build a solid infrastructure and help us on our journey towards becoming a more inclusive company and leader in the industry,” said Eric Fuller, President & CEO of U.S. Xpress. “Attracting, supporting, and retaining a diverse workforce is essential to our growth and pivotal in successfully transforming trucking.”
