Last year, we launched a Diversity & Inclusion Council to help create open dialogue among team members and shape the policies guiding these important initiatives. In a regular series, we’re sitting down with the Council members to learn more about their personal stories and goals for involvement.

This month, our Chief People Officer Amanda Thompson, spoke with Kari Patterson, a Specialist on our Xpress Solutions team, about her experience as an openly gay woman in an industry not traditionally very diverse.
