With the current unemployment rate and state of the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a lot of people in need this season. So, in honor of our customers and partners, we’re doing something about it. This year, we’re making a difference in the lives of nearly 1000 families in our hometown, Chattanooga, TN, through a monetary donation to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree initiative.
Along with our corporate gift, our office team has also chipped in, taking our efforts even farther by donating toys, clothes, and more to nearly 500 children and seniors in our community. And drivers and other team members that don’t work from headquarters? They were in on it too, giving monetary donations as part of the larger U.S. Xpress contribution.
