Diversity and Inclusion, Our People, Shippers

In an earlier Delivering Ideas post, we introduced you to our Diversity & Inclusion Council. Brandon Bibbs is one of the 15 U.S. Xpress team members who is actively shaping these important initiatives and is helping to chart our course for the future.

Brandon, our Midwest regional vice president of sales, recently spent a few minutes chatting with our Chief Revenue Officer, Justin Harness, on the importance of his work on our Diversity & Inclusion Council, getting involved in the American Trucking Associations’ LEAD program, and the power of having a seat at the table.

In the months to come, we’ll continue to profile others within our organization who are getting involved and taking steps to bring change and evolve our company and industry.
